Our lovely tenant, Julia, has just announced she is leaving.

Her upstairs bedroom is available in our house at 3522 Davenport Street, just West of Connecticut Avenue. The VanNess Metro is an easy walk, as are all kinds of stores and a Giant supermarket. The neighborhood is called Forest Hills and is an attractive, safe residential neighborhood.

The available room is large and has air-conditioning; furniture; a television connected to cable, including HBO; and a walk-in closet. There is also a private bathroom and shower. There is also a sun porch upstairs, and a cleaning person comes every week to clean the common areas.

We are asking $650 per month, including utilities. A deposit equal to the monthly rent will be necessary to reserve the room.
