Furnished Room Available from June 26-August 5!

Hi. We are a quiet group house (four of us) at 3522 Davenport Street, just West of Connecticut Ave. The VanNess Metro is an easy walk, as are all kinds of stores and a Giant supermarket. The neighborhood is called Forest Hills and is an attractive, safe residential neighborhood.

The available room is the master bedroom of the house. It has air-conditioning, furniture, and a television connected to cable, including HBO. You're welcome to use the living room, kitchen, and sun porch, and a cleaning person comes every two weeks.

We are asking $900 for the six weeks, and the dates are somewhat flexible. Utilities are included. A deposit equal to the monthly rent will be necessary to reserve the room.
