Furnished Room Available through Labor Day Weekend!

Hi. We are a quiet, non-smoking group house (you would be the third person) at 3522 Davenport Street, just West of Connecticut Ave. The VanNess Metro is an easy walk, as are all kinds of stores and a Giant supermarket. The neighborhood is called Forest Hills and is an attractive, safe residential neighborhood. Whole Foods is a 15 minute walk.

The available room is upstairs. It is about 10’x12’ and has air-conditioning, furniture (“double” futon, dresser, cable TV, and wi-fi). There is also an office next door with a computer and fax that you are welcome to share. You would have full access to the living room, kitchen, and sun porch. You also have a private bathroom and shower. A cleaning person comes every week.

We are asking $400 for the rest of the summer. Utilities are included.
